Booking a walk
Please note: Walks SUN2 Owlpen/Horsley and SUN6 Tortworth’s Other Lake are fully booked and their waiting lists are closed. SAT2 Walking with the Lions has been cancelled.
You should receive a confirmation email from our Booking Secretary within 24hrs of submitting your booking request.

Please ensure you have read Walking Festival Information (available on our website prior to booking)
In particular :- please read the walk description to help you decide if it is suitable for you. The Wotton-under-Edge area is hilly and many walks are strenuous. Please consider you health in relation to the walk
- Each walker is responsible for their own safety and for determining their capability to complete the chosen walk. The walk leaders, personally, and the festival organisers shall not be held liable for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained as a consequence of participation in a walk.
By submitting this information you have given us your agreement for us to contact you in relation to your booking.
Any personal information provided on this form will be treated as confidential by us and held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. Following the Festival this data will be deleted.
Following receipt of the booking form spaces on walks will be allocated on a first come first served basis. The Festival organisers will be in touch to confirm if you have been allocated a space on your chosen walk.
